Updates: The Automotive Database is updated weekly from Title Changes and Purchase and Sale Information. An average of 1.5 million Vehicle Owner Records are either updated or added every month, & an NCOA is completed on the entire Database once every month. The numbers will fluctuate as the regular updates occur, and new sources are added, so please contact us for Current Automotive Count information.
Selections Available: Our customers are capable of targeting consumers based on the vehicles that they drive with a 95% + accuracy rate. With our Automotive Database, you will be able to select your Automotive Target Audience by specifying Vehicle Manufacturers, Vehicle Types, Vehicle Model, Vehicle Manufacture Year, Vehicle Title Date and Title Issue Year, Odometer Mileage Reading, The Date that the Vehicle Record was added to the Database, Vehicle Class or Body, Vehicle Purchased New or Used, or Vehicle Purchased with or without a Lien. Blue Book Value Appends: Blue Book Value is a consumer driven vehicle value. We can add Current Blue Book Values to your Auto Data Order. This Process will incorporate the Vehicle Year, Make, and Model, the Mileage and the VIN, as well as the Region based on the Zip Code. With all of these Data Elements plugged into our Proprietary Software, we will then output the trade in values of each vehicle on your list. Black Book Value Appends: We can add Black Book Values to your Auto Data Order as well. The
Black Book Value is a Dealer Driven Vehicle Value. The Black Book Valuation deals with wholesale
values and uses most up to date Auto Sales Information. Like the Blue Book Valuation, the Black
Book Algorithm method incorporates the Vehicle Year, Make, and Model, the Mileage and the VIN,
as well as the Region based on the Zip Code to produce a range of estimated vehicle values. The
Values added will be the Retail Value, then the Trade in Values ranging from Fair to Good, to

Leased Vehicles: We also offer Auto Lease Expiration Data with Names & Addresses of Vehicle Lessees who are coming up on the expiration of their lease. This Auto Lease Expiration Data can be pulled for Leases expiring within the next 90 days, as well as Leases due to expire from 90 days to 180 days, see average counts here (1 to 3 month Lease average count) and (4 to 6 month Lease average count). This information is maintained by the Credit Bureaus; therefore an Offer of Credit Mail Piece must be approved. Please click here for the Mail Piece guidelines. The Price for this type of Data starts at 24 cents per lead with a 4000 record minimum order.
Pricing: All of our Vehicle Owners come with Name and Mailing Address along with Vehicle Year Make & Model. We also have Full VIN Numbers available for output on all of our Automotive Records and with a Pre-approved Mail Piece, and these can be added for an additional 4 cents per record. We can typically offer any 5000 Automobile Owners for 9.5 cents each or any 10,000 Automobile Owners for 9 cents each. If VIN Numbers are required, add 4 cents apiece additional. If DNC Scrubbed Telephone Numbers are required, add 1 cent apiece additional to the cost. These prices could vary depending on the States needed or the status of Current Data availability. **Please Inquire and make sure to ask about our Volume Discounts!
Peel and Stick Labels: The Automotive Data will come in an Excel File unless otherwise specified. Please add $10.00 per thousand if you need the Names & Addresses printed on Peel & Stick Labels.
Auto Data with Email and Auto Data Email Appends: Approximately 10% to 15% of our Auto Data will match with Email. We have Approximately 16.3 to 24.4 Million Auto Owner Email s nationwide using all vehicles per households, then approx. ½ of these numbers when using one per household. The minimum Order for Vehicle Owners with email is 10,000 records at 15 cents each. Please inquire for further details. We can also add EMAIL addresses to the Auto Data After you purchase for a fee of 8 cents per match with an estimate 10% to 20% match rate & $250.00 permission pass fee to insure 90% + Email Address Accuracy.
Sample Mail Piece: A Sample of the Mail Piece or Telemarketing Script will be required when Year, Make, Model, or VIN Numbers are output, or if we are selecting by Purchase Date.
